References to gender and personal characteristics are inappropriate and do not reflect the respectful environment we expect from all team members. Bullying or derogatory behaviour is never acceptable, and we remain committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued. While you were with us, we hope you utilised the available channels - such as your manager, People Business Partner, or confidential feedback routes - to raise any genuine concerns.
