This is the best people forward organization I have ever worked for. I love the culture and appreciate the work that goes into keeping Pax8 special, from all directions.

Cons

Waters are choppy due to that massive frequency of changes taking place both external and internally, make sure to slow done once in a while!

- Training - Remote work - Light micromanaging - Great product/easy to sell

Pax8 promised the lead generators they would only call for 7 months. That turned into 10, which turned into 12, and still many of their top performers continue to cold call. They left us in the dark for months and never even said sorry. If you are not white straight and male run dont walk from this place

We regret that you felt that you were misled in any way with regards to your career progression. The typical elevation within the CGS team has historically been 7 months, unfortunately due to some unexpected factors, this cadence was negatively impacted. We have course corrected and hope to get back to our original progression path.

Pros

Pax8 is a growing company where opportunities are really endless due to constant growth. The Finance/Accounting Team is one of the strongest I had the pleasure of working with and they care about you as a human being above all else. The great thing about working here is that once you master whatever you are given....you are consistently fed new opportunities. For instance, I had a desire to explore Data Science for school and was fully supported by management to continue to learn and grow my knowledge base. They really do care and that is hard to come by. The team is super young and youthful which means they are adaptable and will always work through the punches. CFO and VP and Director of Finance are top notch PEOPLE which makes the work so much easier to manage.

Cons

Growth can lead to instablility but if they continue on the same path then they will be incredibly successful. They are on the road to IPO no doubt.
