It is one of the reputed MNC growing company It is a good company to work. Compensation and benefits will be good along with the stocks Good work culture Work life balance Maintaining Agile standards for software development. Office food is good also they will provide us meal voucher every month. Cab facilities available for all the employees. Same office infrastructure across all the branches over the world.

Cons

It is difficult to get hike in performance review due to some internal politics. Layoff may happen often. Lack of job security.
