      Pros

      Product engineering teams are sharp and some good perks such as free gym access for FTE and shuttle buses to/from SF.

      Cons

      Inept marketing team who doesn't do much besides moan and whine - probably one of the most incompetent I've ever been a part of. Also, not much upward mobility unless you are great at politics. Lots of people here with no value-add.

      Pros

      Learning about the ecommerce and merchant services industries. They also have a gym and cafe located inside the building.

      Cons

      I went through four different managers and several commission plan changes in two years of being there. No one knew what was going on or how we were getting paid. Reps would always be complaining about leads and researching your sale to see if you were cheating somehow by getting referrals. Reps are always reporting other reps to HR . Management would be more focused on your talk time and would threaten to fire you if you didn't hit your numbers. Very stressful work environment .

      * Dynamic and innovative * Opportunity to move up quickly with the right sponsorship * Opportunity to move between groups or different Inc properties, including international assignments

      Cons

      * Org changes happen frequently and take months to finalize * Due to frequent people manager changes, some good people end up stuck at the same level. * It became more political in the last two years * Promotion process is less transparent and less results-driven
