Great company and team that cares about their employees
Pros
Collaborative and supportive environment. Plenty of opportunities to grow if you are willing to seek them out. Their shared frameworks leave little room for running into dependency issues and time wasting triaging (especially in live) as the paths have mostly been treaded.
Cons
Promotion process can take quite a while even if operating at the same level of output/value. The con of having well established framework libraries is there's slightly less room for innovation and experimentation. But dedicated time for hackathons can help bring ideas into the mainstream to explore. The compensation package is average or at least not better than most FANG companies. You can get a raise coming from a big FANG company moving here etc, but always be willing to negotiate.
