      Pros

      Ability to work remote when necessary Team dynamics and partnerships with biz partners PM's should partner well with all teams. Should be be well versed in the industry and technology that you are building upon so that you can be a strong contributor and have in depth conversations.

      Cons

      Depending on your product, may need to work around-the-clock.

      Pros

      Lots of benefits and support for employees, lots of resources available for career and education advancement like a yearly education stipend. Decent compensation, with good refresh grants each year for strong performers. Generally a good brand that people know and trust.

      Cons

      No clear vision for how PayPal will stay relevant in the coming years. Stock price tanked from $300-$65/share in my time here and it's uncertain things will rebound.
