Really love the work culture at PayPal. Especially that they have given us complete remote wfh option! Everyone is given a chance to showcase themselves and the feedback is heard at all levels. Some of the seniors engineers here are extremely great and push everyone towards their career development

Cons

Nothing much. If anyone finds something not inclined to the best of their interests, everyone is given opportunity to voice it out.
