Good work culture, amazing office space, highly talented individuals, working on the latest technology, supportive higher management, and flexible working hours. Your ideas are welcome. Irrespective of your role, you have the freedom to work on whatever you want.

Cons

You will have to put a lot of effort to highlight yourself. You might feel like there is a lack of mentors and people who can guide you. You will have to learn to solve your problems yourself. Salary is a little bit on the lower side when compared to other good product-based companies.
