Good salary, perks, benefits, flex-time in real sense, generally care about employees.

Cons

Synergy among groups is very poor, very stressful work, no clarity on R&R, multiple programs that business just wants to get done, not enough Program managers to support them. Managers believe PMs are machines that can produce magic. Extremely poor people management, nit-picky when it comes to emails, presentations etc
