      Good facilities, good culture but high pressure

      Pros

      Facilities are very good and open culture. Managers are open for discussion and not hierarchical. You can even give suggestions to senior managers.

      Cons

      High pressure job. You have to be very particular about commitment. Even a day's delay due to unknown circumstances can lead to a lot of escalations.

      one of the worst places that ever work, they just don't care about the employers, they just want you to reach the targets witch is impossible.
