Pros
- more life, less work, even at times there's no volumes/ work during production time - MC & Emergency leave friendly in the department (KL Compliance Ops); no further questions asked - Many on-going event (such as CSR initiative, festive celebration) and training (work & personal) to keep employees engaged
Cons
- Limited/ No career advancement as positions are very limited - Employees misuse company Instant Messenger for personal chat; it has gone out of control - Employees has a lot of idle and non-productive time during production hours - Most employees/ management do not have proper work ethics; doesn't seem to be a MNC corporate culture
