      Good company but you must work in the Business Unit and not an operational center

      Pros

      great company with a good advantage on other payment player. fun atmosphere very good on a resume.

      Cons

      too far from Business Unit / too political company. job too operational no share of vision. elevator of communication works only one way. too many people for a job (3 people for a job than can be done by one) and is the case for every department.

      Good facilities- ac buses , free juice and biscuits etc Unbalanced payment system (freshers paid more than experienced people) Even with freshers the salary structure is not good

      Cons

      No job security whatsoever, everyday employees come with fear that today their name should not be in the list of firings
