      love working here, colleagues are friendly, managers have the "independent" attitude. Work life balance is great

      It's always the same old same old stuff here. Company realize there's a problem (cluster in the management and processes), goes through reorg with a whole new set of philosophy, but nothing is done on the low to mid level management, and then employees and managers complain about clustered process, then goes through another re-org

      Pros

      Decent salary. Open Culture. Plenty of competitions and everything to build your techie skills.

      Cons

      The current location is Chennai in India. Not a great place to live in for people from outside Tamil Nadu. Different salary for people in the same positions. Place of employment is actually Chenai but Glassdoor isn't giving that as an option.
