      Pros

      Part of business with strong growth. Some leverage to do things independently and quickly. Decisions are made swiftly

      Cons

      Snr Mgmt in APAC are less than competent. Fantastic way of sugar coating such that HQ will never ever see the issues.. best if we could just remove all the unnecessary politics... or just wait for the major exiting that will happen soon... APAC folks are tired of calling out...

      This Lost Place to Work

      • Most workers (junior) are hard working and know what they are doing • Great office benefits from free soda to KitKat • Great location at Suntec 5

      Cons

      The company focus is lost. The Leader's #1 priority for 2011 is to “Grow Faster”! Come on, I believe this is every company’s objective, but HOW? The work place moral is extremely low, the Leader (VP) is extremely bad temper, screaming and yelling at employees all the time. Employees filed complaints with HR but NO action was taken since the VP and the Head of HR were good friends previously worked in the same bank in Asia. Employees are planning to a massive exit in March 2011 (after bonus). Those who want to work at Hell, please apply after March 2011!

      - Great Work Environment, Office Setup - Flexible Timing - American Work Culture - Free cofee, snacks - Game rooms, Recreation facilities - Very less work pressure - Good Work-Personal Life balance - Onsite travel for everyone to PayPal, San Jose, CA

      Cons

      - Internal politics - Functions like a support team for the US counterparts - Good quality projects are done in the US and less important works are given to the Chennai IDC
