      Pros

      PayPal has a very good environment. People are very friendly and always available when you need help. All the employees are very competent and share their knowledge. The business is doing very well which makes day to day work very exciting.

      Cons

      It is a relatively small office and it is not clear what possible career advancements could be. Most of the employees are contractors or on short term contract. Also, similar companies offer higher salaries.

      1. Unorganized working model 2. Some incompetent management 3. Work pressure at times 4. A lot of focus on agile which sometime compromises on quality.
