Pros

After 15+ years, pay was good, benefits good

Cons

No one really left at our branch, just 2 specialists left at office. Everyone else is mostly out of Rochester. Training is not what it used to be. Heard that because training was expensive and with high turnover the original training was ended. It is a rush in with minimal training and put on the phone. They know very little and make many mistakes. For those few of us left that had training, and are dedicated, you are not appreciated. There is so much work with not enough time I and others start working off the clock 1/2 early. God forbid you are not done by 5, all that overtime has to be used up adding to your lunch time. Really makes sense!!

Pros

The company is very stable and financially strong. There are great career opportunities if you are in the right locations (Rochester, Phoenix, etc.) If you are not in a corporate location there are fewer opportunities. It is easy to advance if you are willing to put in the time and work. We have great benefits: insurance, tuition reimbursement, etc. Most of the people I work for/with have been great and very supportive. I have the flexibility I need to have great work-life balance.

Cons

My main issue with the company is pay. Entry level roles pay very low wages. Some of our front line employees like Payroll Specialists don't make enough money considering how much they are responsible for. I am not an entry level employee but I still struggle with pay. If you qualify for a yearly raise don't expect much. You'll be lucky if you get a 3% raise and I mean really lucky. The long term career stability is starting to lose out to my desire to be fairly compensated. It is difficult to attract and retain top talent when people can make more money doing way less work. There are too many overworked front line employees. Whether it's a Payroll Specialist handling too many client accounts or a call center working mandatory overtime for two weeks straight. There needs to be more resources given to these teams. Some of our departments consistently have high hold times in their call centers. This is not created an ideal environment for employees or clients.

Pros

Nothing I can think of. It seems like everyone in every department dislikes their job and are there until something better comes along.

Cons

Everything. The negative reviews are all true. Run.. far away if you have personal values, integrity and value your mental health.
