Since recent Paycor acquisition the company culture has shifted. Sales reps are motivated with fear tactics disguised as accountability. The strategy has become call any phone number that is in service just trying to get a voice on the other end, push through objections and attempt get an appointment that will be a no show. They would rather see a higher number of appointments set rather than quality meetings. This leads to appointments being set that are fake driving up the average and making leadership think they need more and more meetings to create pipeline. Leadership pushes you to work outside working ours like you are running your own business but in the end it's not your business.

Divisional changes and org restructuring primarily effecting inside sales hubs and client success treams, launch of organizational-wide AI integration and development will continue to make those departments to cut count or go away entirely depending on the service type
