      Best products and service in the Industry, everyday innovation and collaborative environment, open to new ideas and processes, strong Sales team

      Cons

      Benefits package is below competition with regards to medical, dental, life insurance etc. With high growth comes occasional growing pains.

      - Great Culture: Plenty of events to support the community, as well as relax and mingle with colleagues from other teams/departments - Opportunity to grow: This is not the same as opportunity to advance, but there has been a lot of encouragement to learn new skills and try new things. - Fantastic people

      Cons

      - Documentation and processes can be disorganized and confusing, leading to extra work and slow responses to clients. - Lack of communication between departments, teams, etc. This isn't always the case, but frequently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. - "Known issues"... - Year End: Lots of folks mention year end, and it's brutal. It's also compounded by the above. Improve that, and improve Year End.

      In some areas, particularly implementation, peak seasons are difficult to have a work/life balance. These seasons happen 4 times a year.
