Pros

Definately a place where if you play by the rules, don't question Exec Management and don't make waves you can have a job for life.

Cons

Unless your a CxO or VP of something your ideas have no merit. They think their a SaaS company but a PowerBuilder app delivered via Citrix only barely qualifies. They hired an Indian CIO and quickly began moving more IT offshore.

Pros

The Pros are all based in Cincinnati, local presence local name, local owner, local roots. This is a good local payroll company

Cons

Ask for the facts, my manager was gone weeks after I took the job (he was very sharp maybe that should have been in the pro's) But shortly there after every top performing manager left. Owner is past his prime, operations is managing like it's the 80's. They have an identity crisis, and they think they are something they aren't. I have worked in many top notch technology companies, and this isn't one of them. STEER CLEAR. whatever you think you will make cut it by 15-20% based on discounts and product limitations. Don't believe me ask any client outside of Cincy.

Pros

Service oriented company that has put a huge focus on IT, giving us products and services designed with our clients in mind. Not afraid of change (my cheese gets moved every few years) Strong presence of upper management to ensure that results = company vision Clear communication of what's expected and how to get there People care about each other and take a personal interest in each other High growth company with multiple opportunities for advancement

Cons

With change comes temporary pain. Salespeople feel guilty taking PTO if not at quota, even though they may really NEED it. Since standards are very high, it's sometimes difficult to hire because we are only looking for the BEST of the BEST.
