8yFrom our Director, Program Management: Thank you for sharing your Paycor experience. While we are a fast paced environment, we do balance our workload with team celebrations, ability to learn new technologies, training opportunities and have flexible work/life balance policies, including work from home. We still pride ourselves in being as nimble as a startup, even after 20 years in technology. We take pride in responding to our customer and market needs and adjust our priorities accordingly, but we continue to find ways to optimize and balance the changes. We are growing at a fast pace and are looking for talent to join our organization.
