It is concerning to see that you feel you are being paid unfairly; in 2022 we did a study to assess pay and found that we were very much in line or above industry average. If you still feel you are being unfairly compensated, we encourage you to discuss this with your manager as we have 2 different periods throughout the year where we evaluate compensation and adjust as necessary!
