Business Outlook
Pros
I pretty much started my career at paycor and they have been a good company to work for. The people I work with on a day-to-day basis are very knowledgeable and excellent to work with.
Cons
In my opinion, a lot of the internal communications place too much emphasis on "look how woke we are" which I find rather annoying. Upper management from the product side sometimes can't make up its mind on what is "top priority" and we end up waffling back and forth between various "emergencies".
