Pros
I worked at Paycor for more than 3 years, it is a great place to start your career. The colleagues are friendly and have no hesitations to answer all the questions you have. It is a growing company with a start up culture. The campus is beautiful and is situated right at the highway. The company is doing well coz there are some really hard working people and some who are riding along. Their work from home policies are good.
Cons
Office politics is high for the size of the company. There are some who don’t work at all the whole day. I could not understand the ultimate goal of the company coz the directions kept changing. Would love to see some employee retention at the top management level.
