Paylocity created an excellent work environment by selecting the right people for the company. This in turn created an atmosphere that drives people to work at there best. Especially for a company that really cares for the employees.

This company is highly organized, and filled with motivated and friendly people. I've only been with the company for a month, and thus far I've seen every effort put forth from the staff to make sure my onboarding is both a positive and informative experience. This is compared to other companies whose onboarding process is more or less a binder and a "sink or swim" attitude. It sets anyone who is hired up for success, limited only by their own work ethic.
