      Pros

      Paylocity has truly grown in the past few years, however we still have the same one to one touch. I think we have some great leadership that is aware that we need more team members, broaden our training, and really branch out the support and development of our employees. My team is amazing. They are always available to help, and although we are all remote, I feel like I know them just by our daily interactions. Weekly training sessions and we are always up to date on the latest trends, enhancements, and best practices.

      Honestly- none to report at this time! Just keep on training our new team members

      Pros

      Paylocity has a great culture that keeps things fun for employees and provides employees access to share ideas openly with peers and with any level of management. The reinvestment in the technology platform is tremendous and keeps the software evolving at a fast pace. The development team stays busy based on market trend research and based on direct client user feedback. The company cares about its employees which in turn makes for happy clients.

      I'd prefer to see the sales team grow a little slower
