      Pros

      - Working from home - Bosses that care and do what they say they are going to do - Give room to grow and see room for advancement - An ACTIVE Management team that is eager to win - Have conversations from top management down and really appreciate my efforts - Never too proud to say thank you to the employees doing the every day things that many companies over look and take for granted or assume it's in your job description. This just names a few, but I can go on for a while.

      Cons

      Glad to say I have nothing to be negative about.

      Pros

      The work environment is amazing. The people here make it all worth it. It's very relaxed, break room is great, and the company is growing tremendously. There is an enormous amount of room for growth within the company itself. Benefits are very reasonable and affordable. The ability to work remote/from home is a huge perk.

      Cons

      Overtime is expected. Major growing pains as the amount of work that is to be done does not compensate for only $15-$17 an hour. I have never worked so hard at a job... it is something I am proud of but it's disappointing at the same time. My work life balance has pretty much been out the window the past 6 months.
