Paylocity is simply an AMAZING company to work for!

What is there not to love about Paylocity? The culture, career growth and opportunities are second to none. Paylocity continues to strive day in and out to make work fun, exciting and rewarding and this truly comes from the top down. Years ago I started in our Client Services department and have had five promotions since then. Since Paylocity continues to grow, positions are always being created and the sky is truly the limit. It feels great to really love what I do and who I work with on a daily basis. I will continue my career here as long as possible. Oh, and working from home isn't such a bad gig either ;-)
Cons
I honestly cannot think of one con. That is why I continue to refer both family and friends to the company. I want others to know how rewarding it is to work for such an amazing company.
