Pros

Paylocity has a work hard, play hard philosophy and they take that to heart. It is a challenging job but the perks are definitely worth it. We have a very laid back atmosphere and we are treated amazingly here. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help each other succeed. Paylocity also offers additional courses so we can enhance our careers by obtaining certifications. We have great benefits like free fresh fruit in the break rooms a lot of fun activities that involve free food. I am extremely happy I made the decision to come to Paylocity.

Cons

It is a challenging job so if you don't want to work hard then this is not the place for you.

Pros

- Great work enviornment - Great people - Truly a fun place to work Paylocity has been a great experience so far! I've only been here about a month but the days just fly by. Everyone here goes above and beyond to help each other be successful. It is an extremely casual environment but don't let that fool you because we work extremely hard! Shorts, t-shirts, hats, you name it, all cool with them as long as you're performing on the job! There's also A TON of extra money and incentives to be earned. daily games for extra cash, weekly and monthly contests, department golf outings, there's never a dull day in the office. If you are a competitive person that's driven by success and money then this is a great job for you, especially right out of college. Because Paylocity is such a fast growing company there're TONS of opportunities for upward mobility. They ask you for a 12 month commitment to the NSS role and then you explore other opportunities in areas that you are most interested. Whether its marketing, training, sales management, outside sales, or implementation, you are given the opportunity to choose your own career path here. Overall it has been a great start to hopefully a long career here with Paylocity

Cons

-The NSS position is making phone calls every day all day. Some days it does get a bit tedious. ALTHOUGH, there are constant incentives driving your performance. You can take a break whenever you want because management completely understands that the job can be discouraging sometimes. The key is to stick it out and make the dials because it WILL lead to your future success! THIS IS SALES, dealing with rejection is a part of being in sales and it's not for everyone. If your able to put on a thick skin and power through the calls you WILL be successful here not only in NSS but in your career.
