      A great place to work, with great people to work with!

      Pros

      -In the account manager role, you get 6-9 weeks of training, all of which is very thorough -Great team members, who are fun to work with -Managers who are willing to work with you to resolve an issue -Lots of fun events and outings for staff

      Cons

      -Year End is very busy, and the busiest time of the year -Clients can be demanding and aggressive, but not always. Comes with any job that is customer facing -Sometimes, you can't get the answer to something right away, causing the client to wait for a call back, which could frustrate them more

      -Ability to have real work/life balance -Support from leadership team -Fun and positive team and atmosphere

      None at this time. When I made the choice to come here I was given all the answers to questions I had.

      Pros

      Wonderful and friendly co-workers, great training, constant learning and development and opportunity! Paylocity really does care about their employees and I feel that every day I come to work.

      Cons

      The only downside is the growth...which is not a 'true' downside. It does have it's challenges but these are far better than a the challenges that companies face when downsizing.
