      Pros

      Paylocity has an amazing culture that allows their employees to thrive and advance in their careers. Never in my life have I not dreaded going to work. It is a pleasure to work alongside such talented and fun people, from executives to management to fellow co-workers. To have the founder and CEO of your company remember your name and accomplishments gives you a great sense of accomplishment, and you'll find that here.

      The technology and people at Paylocity are outstanding. The management team is excellent. They treat the employees like human beings. The work life balance is outstanding. The clients love Paylocity and the company is growing.

      I am a very candid and forthright person. I can honestly say that I have not found one thing that is negative. This is a company where your voice is heard.
