      Pros

      -great culture where employees are very involved and rewarded -work/life balance and options to work remotely or from home for a lot of positions -growing company so there are always opportunities for growth and advancement, company likes to promote from within -fun place to work, true meaning of work hard play hard

      Cons

      -we are growing quickly so things change and employees need to be very adaptable and flexible, not good for someone who likes consistency but great for someone who likes new challenges

      Constant Growth (no layoffs here) Change is easy to make Flexible hours and work from home (family friendly) Casual work dress

      Cons

      Growth means that we seem to always be behind in staffing At the end of the day we are all customer service and sometimes a client just wants to be mad at someone

      Pros

      Paylocity is constantly developing new solutions and enhancements, most of which come from the client's requests or suggestions, this is VERY unique for the industry. Great incentives, clear communication on goals and objectives, great teamwork with operations, sales, and marketing.

      Cons

      Not so much a knock on Paylocity but some jobs are remote/work from home and it is a struggle to have a "team" environment feel. Paylocity does have annual kickoff meetings and incentive trips that do a great job of helping overcome this.
