Pros

I do not have any pros right now.

Cons

The culture has changed and they no longer care about employees. Employees are underpaid and now they are expected to return to office. Work life balance is no longer a priority

Pros

Used to have great culture, great place to work, work/life balance was fantastic. Company was amazing with Steve at the helm. Has drastically fallen since Tobey took over. Company formerly remote, until end of May when the Paychex D team came in and decided we needed to be more like them. Declared most everyone within a 50 mile radius needed to report to an office 5 days a week.

Cons

Tobey actively trying to kill the great culture and environment that was built by Steve. Several new directors and senior managers came from Paychex and are implementing those values here. Not a ton of opportunity to advance. Pay is decent to start, but annual merit is minimal.
