Pros

Easy first year and paid training for three weeks

Cons

Paylocity feeds off loyalty to keep employees under paid and only seeks to poach from other companies. Do not expect to grow a career here unless you are okay with big brother breathing down your neck.

Pros

Good benefits, PTO, and flexibility

Cons

Company recently changed policy, through a video posted on community (really makes you feel special) that they modified their WFH from fully remote to now work in office 5 days a week. I have put in 6 years with this company and have been remote for 4 years I moved away from the office and have two small kids. The culture at this company has changed. They used to care about work life balance and cared about employees opinion. But to say having kids is not an excuse or saying that 50 miles is reasonable to drive into the office. No explanation no conversation they just continue to drop these bombs and expect us to take it with a smile.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your commitment to Paylocity over the past six years. We appreciate you highlighting the benefits, PTO, and flexibility that you have valued during your time with us. We understand that changes to our in-office policy have been challenging for some employees, and we value your perspective. This decision was made thoughtfully, recognizing that in-person collaboration plays a critical role in strengthening team connections, improving client experiences, and supporting career development. We remain focused on supporting our teams throughout this transition and encourage you to reach out to your leader should you have any questions or need additional support.
