Pros

I've grown through multiple levels since joining, and I've felt confident in job security having seen no layoffs here during a tough economic climate, while other SaaS companies have shed thousands of engineers. Best company I've worked for in my 25+ year career.

Cons

Growth is hard, and we've definitely seen some bumps in how changes have been communicated from leadership to individual contributors. Some unforced errors have caused some grumbling, and I hope we'll continue to see improvement.

Pros

Enablement team (Jeremy), was amazing. Good Colleagues, Good Managers. Amazing promises made, and good waste of time. Product was good.

Cons

Indian HR team is the worst HR team I have witnessed in my career, ANU tried to made our lives difficult by making sure that we are not fed properly, she even made negative remarks about woman safety in an open forum without realising the repercussions of making such comments. Logistic was pathetic, every day cab issues and team couldn't manage it. Unachievable targets, no one even did 50%(consistently) in the last 1 year, also there was no guidance provided, no strategies, and US manager and Director intervened a lot, tried to micromanage each hour, and we faced a lot of discrepancies in terms of opportunities. The promises made during hiring wasn't fulfilled. They didn't even let us serve notice period. Policies kept changing for Indian employees as per convenience. We were asked to come to office everyday with no snacks, unhealthy food. Although they promised flexibility, remote, then later hybrid and what not!

Pros

Decent benefits and a flexible work schedule, though work-life balance was inconsistent.

Cons

When I first started, it felt like an amazing place to work—great team, positive culture, and real growth potential. But after a management change, everything shifted. The environment became toxic, leadership was reactive and unprofessional, and communication fell apart. What was once a supportive workplace turned stressful and unstable. If leadership doesn’t change, I wouldn’t recommend working here.
