      Pros

      I've been with this organization for almost 3 years and have already been promoted twice! It's been a fantastic place to grow my career. One of the things I appreciate most is how leadership recognizes and cultivates employee strengths. They truly provide opportunities to take on new challenges and advance. This, combined with the flexible work environment, makes it an ideal place for ambitious professionals.

      Cons

      While you definitely need to be proactive and own your career development, I've found that the support system here makes that a lot easier. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be change management. That said, I have seen positive changes in this area during my time here.

      Leadership - can't stress enough the importance of having a great support system Training- best training I've ever experienced. Very through. Product- the service model and modules truly provide a complete solution for clients i feel confident in selling

      Cons

      Working fully remote has its ups and downs so you have to be prepared to make adjustments to stay focused and engaged.
