      Generous compensation package Open and friendly relationship with coworkers No angry DEVs Working together to support customers Not causing harm in the world A really smart group of people working together Very reasonable work-life balance for a parent of young ones Great and clear opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      We don't have a strong adherence to SCRUM/Agile, so meetings can be a little unfocused Our mission doesn't exactly make the world a lot better. It helps companies be more organized, which is great, but it's not necessarily a feel-good mission
