Pros

The company feeds you because they know your salary isn't enough for you feed yourself when you first start. Your coworkers will be the reason you continue to come to work. You have an amazing tech stack to use for prospecting.

Cons

During training you do no receive any access to any of the software you need to follow along with the trainer. The managers recently hired are unqualified, they schedule way to many meetings during prime calling times and talk way to much about themselves and previous successes. The managers are trying to recreate this wolf of wall street sales floor when it's not that type of atmosphere at all. The culture trying to be created is fake and feels pushed. Workers are forced to ring cowbells and hit a blowup ball whenever a meeting is set and complaints have been made that it distracting to other people working. Team outings and happy hours have been taken away so there is no team comradery just competition which created some unhealthy relationships. Working from home was recently taken away and replaced as an incentive. No overtime is allowed or working from home, even know managers can. Managers would try to relate to us by complaining when new rules were in place and consistently would trying to create some sense of connection with us by saying "I'll go to bat for you all..." but knew they could do nothing about it. And when black history month came around... not a peep.
