      Pros

      Working at Paylocity has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and empowered in my role. Paylocity does an excellent job of creating an environment where collaboration is the norm. Even on the busiest days, you can feel that everyone is working toward the same goals and cheering each other on along the way. What stands out most to me is how Paylocity’s culture isn't just something written on a wall, it shows up in the small, daily interactions. Whether it’s a teammate offering help before you even have to ask, or leaders who genuinely listen, there’s a real sense of community and shared purpose.

      Cons

      For those who prefer a predictable or steady-paced role, Paylocity has a continually evolving environment where success requires adaptability to shifting priorities and new processes. That said, it's an excellent place to grow and develop new skills.

      There are mostly really great, talented people. But they aren't in an environment that allows them to do their best work.

      Cons

      It starts at the top. There's a lack of transparency and alignment when it comes to our "why" as a company. The company is having an identity crisis.
