Pros

There are so many pros to just list a few. The flexibility to work remote, the relaxed environment in the office, the teamwork and desires to improve as an organization, and the ability to grow and get promoted in this company are just a few reasons I love it here.

Cons

From an operations perspective, some of the bonus matrix are outside of your control which leads to frustration with the bonus process.

Pros

The team work is fantastic here. When we say we 'partner' together on client isuses, we really mean it. Our implementation team is simply awesome & our Customer Service reps are fantastic! I've never worked for a company that's able to address issues for clients so fast in such a manner that is logical to a client. Paylocity has clearly built a system where we'll have no problem growing at such an amazing pace while maintaining the level of employee & client satisfaction that we've always had.

Cons

There are lots of trends in the Payroll/HR industry to keep up with, but that's part of being a professional, so it's not really a 'con'.

give you the tools to learn, paid time off is given out, they help with your workflow, insurance is affordable, hours are reasonable, office life and culture is great.

Cons

you get moved around a bit, different desks/teams.
