Pros
Great corporate culture. Company strives to make remote employees feel connected. The company is very transparent on what it does and is a great place to grow. Internal opportunities are limited to those who are remote employees, but employees in the corporate office have a TON of opportunities.
Cons
After going public the company has cut back on employee events. The worry is that since going public the company will slowly turn into a corporate machine and lose it's identity. Its a small, caring and fun company that takes care of it's employees. There is also no professional skill development offered at all. Team leads are not offered any specialized management training. There is also no Tuition assistance or push for personal development.
