      Pros

      Love, Love, LOVE this company! Walked into work with a smile on my face every single day! The residents are sweet to the core, and it feels like you gain a work family! If I could give this company a million stars, I would! :)

      Minor work related drama between employees, however that is everywhere you go! Life is what you make it - so, make it beautiful!

      You can get the hrs if your willing to work in other clinics and the love from the patients.

      Cons

      Under staffed and Management likes to play sides , and blow smoke up your butt. You can work there for yrs but if your not an butt kisser you will never get a pay increase nor move up..
