Pros

A truly geniuion company to work for! Solid ethics and values. A company that values their employees and rewards for hard work. Peak Resources was the underdog in their markets for many years, not having the leverage or buying power like the large national organizations yet they have surpassed their competitors on all levels, including patient care and outcomes. I would recommend Peak Resouces to anyone seeking employment in the Healthcare Industry.

Cons

Skilled Nursing is a tough, competitive, business that still must find ways to deliver the best patient care with continued reduction in reimbursements and increased expectations so if your not up for working hard this is probably not the right company for you.
