      Pros

      Office is big and half empty. Centrally located with ample parking.

      Cons

      This is a family operation. No opportunity for career advancement. They are behind in accounting processes and technology. They do not support ideas for improvement. Rude co-workers and bosses. Mediocre pay and shrinking benefits. Yearly reviews are a joke and do not expect to be appreciated for hard work! Only the IN group with the owners gets the extra perks. Lots of behind the scene and backstabbing.
