This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

transparency from leadership, exceptional company culture, open-door policy, ability to make mistakes and ask questions, able to contribute ideas and be told if an why they will be implemented or not.

Cons

Not really a con but, change is inevitable, and often quick. Must stay on your toes to keep up!
