The people are amazing and they truly care. The CEO and President are in the day to day operations and are open to feedback and thrive on new ideas that are brought to them. A great place to work!

Benefits and management are really great, but needs a little bit of improvement. Great Team Leads, they are very approachable and understanding.

Cons

Got promoted to a position that I really was expecting to pay well. Turns out agents are earning more than us.
