I truly believe I’m built for challenges like this—opportunities that stretch my abilities and help me discover new strengths. When I applied for the promotion, I honestly wasn’t expecting anything. I had only been with Peak for eight months at the time, and I simply wanted to challenge myself and gain experience through the interview process. It was more about personal growth than the outcome.
