Pros

Professional opportunities, slightly competitive salary and great to work with the people. Culture is starting to shift towards a typical BPO company.

Cons

Proactive mentorship needed. Additional compensation for exempted employees who are working more than 40 hours a week. Invest more to people and fairness in terms of compensation and annual raises between tenured and new hired employees.

The higher ops always listens to employee feedback. I find that the working environment is very relax. Why? Coz ur working from home

I joined Peak Support without any specific plans nor goals in mind; I just decided to try to apply and see what this organization has to offer. Since day 1, I've been impressed with how everyone works with goal-oriented approach. PS is a company that operates in accordance to their core values. They've recognized my potential and encouraged me to develop it. I've been with the company for more than 2 years now, and I've already had TREMENDOUS personal and professional growth during my stay. I must say that I've been fortunate to be surrounded by great individuals who genuinely believes and cares, and are generous in sharing knowledge. I'm really grateful to work for a company that encourages its people to reach greater heights. Cheers to more years with you, PS!
