I joined Peak Support back in 2020 where there were only 300+ employees all working virtually around the globe. This company is one of the best companies I worked with and has strong core values.

Cons

A lot of changes that are understandable. However, these changes could have been communicated well to every single employee to ensure that everyone knew what was happening.
