Pros

Organized, diverse and open communication in terms of the management aspect of Peak Support. Description of team work applies to the company because everyone is indeed helping each other ensuring that no one gets left behind.

Cons

There are difficulties when dealing with clients especially when they have immediate changes or needs that Peak Support should adjust to. But Peak Support always finds a way to adapt to these changes smoothly without compromising anyone's stability.
