Salary compensation is great, and benefits like Medical coverage, Life insurance, Paid vacation time, Paid sick leave, Paid training and development, Stipend, and Permanent Work from Home setup.

Cons

Since it's a Permanent Work from Home setup, you can just virtually see your colleagues.
